    ...which coil would you use?

    For a street/strip application there are 2 different coils you can use they are the 8251, and 8261, Can you provide more information about the motor setup such as compression, est. hp, any power adders, and the type of fuel used. So, we can narrow it down to which one would be better.

    Mopar small-block 4.25 stroke,442 cube, 11.85:1 comp,Running 94 octane with a booster
    No power adders , 650HP

    I would look at going with the 8251 coil for your application. They are designed for extended use for like road racing and circle track and it provides enough spark to be good for drag racing as well.
