    Default 6al #6520

I'm wiring for timing control with a Sniper EFI. Not timing control I used the terminal connection(tach) on the end of the 6al box. For timing control it says use the white wire coming from the 6al harness to connect to the points output wire from the EFI.

My question is can either connection from the 6al be used to send the rpm signal to the EFI unit? Seems to me like they both serve the same function. Both emit a square wave signal, right?

The advance curve is in the Sniper EFI correct?

You have a map in there for this?

Then the engine triggers the EFI for crank position, either with a distributor or crank sensor, the EFI then triggers the MSD via the points input white wire.

Ok. I was confused about the functions of the two connections. That helped. Thanks.
