    Default Throttle blade adjust

    Hello,

How to adjust the throttle blade's?
When close they are even open.
But when I move the gas lever the front blade's will open faster then the rear blade's.
Do they need to open at the same time? Ore does the rear need to open later?

    Thanks
    Erik

I just got my engine side of the system installed last night. Planning to do the fuel system side of stuff tomorrow. But last night reading over the instructions there's two adjustment screws to adjust the blades. If I remember right it's an allen head screw and there's one for each set of blades sticking up from the throttle linkage. Almost looks like an idle screw adjuster basically...

The instructions say both sets of blades should open at the same time but on mine, the fronts open before the rear because of how the actuator rod is adjusted between the two sets of linkage. I messed with it a bit last night and it seemed like no matter what I did there was always a hesitation and the front always opened before the rear.

Hoping someone will chime in on that...

Due to Holley's design, it will never be a true 1:1 linkage.
The primaries will always move first before the secondaries.
