    Default Optispark 83811 causing misfire

I am having problems again with the 83811 (refer to this thread for my previous issue https://forums.msdperformance.com/sh...highlight=opti)

Since 2012 the car has gotten maybe 1000 miles. It started misfiring P0300 last week. I put my scanner on it and my bank2 O2 #1 was showing low voltage, I swapped with the bank 1 sensor 1 and problem followed, but the car ran much worse.

I ordered new O2s and pressure regulator to see if that would fix it (hoping that it wasnt the opti)

No luck, it ran progressively worse, the P0300 turned into a P0301 normally when it got. When cold and codes cleared it ran pretty good. Now it pretty much shows P0301 after running a couple minutes.

Now it is stumbling at idle and you can hear the misfire in the exhaust pop. In high gear and high load it bucks like if somebody pulled a plug.

I checked the fuel pressure, checked the plugs, the wires, swapped in known good ones and nothing.

Finally put an inline test light on the plugs and I see this:
    Cylinder 3 for control:

    Cylinder 1:

As you can see the light is very dim and when you hear the misfire it gets very bright.

    MSD I need your help.
I was going to call, but I thought I would post here so I could share the videos.
    Thanks

Have you checked the spark plugs for resistance, cuts, or pin holes?

    Hi,

Yes I swapped the wires, spark plugs and still seeing the same misfire.

I called and got an RMA number, but thought I would better explain my situation on here with the videos in parallel.

Here is a link to a thread on another forum going through my troubleshooting: link
